Join lovable cockney Dick Dyke on a journey down Victoria Street, where heavy weather is a-brewin at number 2! Alastair and Chris are drowning in the shit that is dripping through their ceiling, but their other housemate James is too obsessed with his artistic endeavours to help out. When a new housemate, Wealy Parpins, floats down from the sky, they embark on a series of fantastical adventures, taking them through a chalk painting to meet some fisting nuns, to tea on the ceiling with David Tennant, and over the rooftops with the cheeky repair men from Ambassador Property, whilst meeting exciting characters like Pink Pussy, Admiral Boom and Alan Rickman.

But will James get his comeuppance when he is tricked into taking Alastair and Chris to the world famous Composers' Guild?

A perfect magical adventure for all the family, "Wealy Parpins" is also pure filth from start to finish.
